Sol Art Pewter is based in Cape Town, South Africa, we design and manufacture our own exclusive African and contemporary pewter range of beautifully handmade pewter collectables under the SOL ART brand.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Local Orders
In-stock items are delivered within 2 – 3 days within South Africa.
Local courier costs within South Africa is at a flat rate of R99 incl. Vat.
In the event that the item is out of stock, a member of the SOL ART PEWTER team will be in touch via email to discuss waiting time or another product option .If you do not wish to wait we will offer a full refund.

We ship all our products from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa.
South African Rand (ZAR) prices are valid on items delivered within South Africa and all international destinations.
International Orders
We have set a base fee of R500 for international shipping.
If the orders shipping cost ends up being greater than the be base fee there may be an additional shipping cost
*Shipping charges are calculated on the basket total including any discounts.
International orders are dispatched with Fedex or Siya Rasha Frieght & usually take about ten days to be delivered.
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa.
All prices include duty and tax where applicable. You may be asked to pay additional shipping for fragile items or items that incur additional shipping charges. If additional shipping is required we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Sol Art Pewter is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sol Art Pewter will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. (All couriered or freighted art is insured.)
If goods are deemed to be faulty or damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault we will replace the item (stock dependant) or issue you with a full refund, including any additional delivery costs. If the item is not damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault we will return the item to you and you will be liable for all additional delivery costs.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Sol Art Pewter bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sol Art Pewter via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Rock Art Gallery separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Sol Art Pewter takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa Sol Art Pewter chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, _____________________ .
Variation
Sol Art Pewter may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
